Norderstedt, Germany, 23 January 2012 - Winning MEDITsystems GmbH as a user of the xbound Product Suite significantly strengthens foxray’s market position among scanning and process service providers as well as within the insurance and healthcare sector. The MEDENTGROUP subsidiary is updating its digitalisation processes with the xbound Platform and the xbound Open Capture Framework, replacing old systems with foxray technology.

MEDITsystems provides organisations in the insurance and healthcare sector with comprehensive consulting, scanning and process services for document management. The services offered range from complete and long-term outsourcing services for the customer, to project orders such as those designed to cut down on workload peaks.

MEDITsystems is particularly focused on public health insurance providers, but its target group also includes private health insurers and other public clients. Given the constantly increasing cost pressures they face, these enterprises need innovative technologies in order to work more productively and cost-efficiently. MEDITsystems’ new xbound Platform means it can offer them high-quality solutions to help them further optimise their business processes. The xbound Product Suite will be deployed to ensure MEDITsystems can provide efficient, cost-effective services, processing around 60 million pages per year. To that end, xbound will be implemented at all three of MEDITsystems’ offices in Munich, Eisenhüttenstadt and Viechtach.
